Terms and Conditions – Earth Treasures NZ

Last updated: 29 August 2026

Welcome to Earth Treasures NZ. By using this website or purchasing from Earth Treasures NZ, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Products

Earth Treasures NZ sells natural crystals, gemstones, fossils, jewellery, carvings, crystal-related products, games and other treasures.

Because crystals, gemstones and fossils are natural products, variations in colour, shape, size, pattern, inclusions, markings and other characteristics are normal and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device being used.

Where a product has a known chip, imperfection or other significant characteristic, we aim to disclose this in the product listing.

Crystal Meanings and Spiritual Information

Information provided by Earth Treasures NZ about crystal meanings, chakras, energy, spiritual traditions or metaphysical properties is provided for general, educational and spiritual interest only.

Such information reflects traditional beliefs and crystal practices and should not be considered medical, psychological or other professional healthcare advice.

Crystals and spiritual products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Please seek appropriate professional healthcare advice when required.

Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available through our website before an online order can be processed.

Where third-party payment services such as Afterpay are available, their own terms and conditions also apply.

Product Availability

Many of our natural crystal and gemstone pieces are unique or one-of-a-kind and may have only one item available.

We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate solution or refund.

Orders

Earth Treasures NZ reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment has not been successfully completed, an item is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the appropriate payment will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are packaged with care and sent using the delivery options available through Earth Treasures NZ.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please contact Earth Treasures NZ as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive an incorrect product.

Please keep the item and its packaging and, where possible, provide photographs showing the problem so that we can assess what has happened and assist you.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under New Zealand law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or refund.

Change-of-Mind Purchases

Earth Treasures NZ does not provide returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

This does not affect any rights you may have where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or where you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, where they apply.

Live Shows, Games and Interactive Products

Earth Treasures NZ may offer products, games, promotions and purchasing opportunities through live crystal shows or other interactive events.

Any specific instructions, prices, purchasing requirements or conditions communicated for a particular game, promotion or event also apply to participation in that activity.

Availability may be limited, and purchases remain subject to the applicable payment and ordering requirements.

Children's Products

Some Earth Treasures NZ products, including crystal-themed activities or treasure digs, may contain small pieces, crystals, fossils, shells or other components.

Children should use age-appropriate products with suitable adult supervision. Small components may present a choking hazard and are not suitable for very young children.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the written content, original photographs, branding and other original material appearing on the Earth Treasures NZ website belong to Earth Treasures NZ and must not be copied or reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Website and Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including payment providers, social media platforms and delivery providers.

Their own terms, conditions and privacy policies may apply when you use their services.

Privacy

Personal information collected through Earth Treasures NZ is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.

Changes to These Terms
