What exactly is a crystal charmed scoop?

A Crystal Charmed Scoop is a fun, interactive way to discover new crystal treasures. Rather than physically scooping the crystals themselves, I scoop from a colourful collection of charms, with each charm representing a particular type of crystal item — such as a palmstone, carving, jewellery piece, sphere, tower or another crystal treasure.

The charms drawn determine the crystal items you receive, making every Crystal Charmed Scoop a unique surprise. Your scoop may include a wonderful variety of natural crystals and crystal-themed treasures.

Are the crystals in the scoops genuine and natural?

The crystals and minerals I sell are genuine natural specimens unless a product is specifically identified as treated, enhanced, man-made or another material. I take great care when selecting pieces for Earth Treasures NZ and clearly describe materials wherever possible.

I have been working with natural crystals since 2010, and my fascination with gemstones began much earlier in childhood. Every natural crystal is unique, so variations in colour, pattern, inclusions and formation are part of what makes each piece special.

How do I join the Tuesday Live Crystal Show on Facebook?

Follow the Earth Treasures NZ Facebook page and join me every Tuesday from 6:30pm for my Live Crystal Show.

During the show I share beautiful natural crystals, introduce new treasures and have a Let's Talk Crystals segment where we explore different crystals and their fascinating characteristics and traditional meanings.

There are also spot quizzes and prizes — so listen carefully! If I emphasise or spell something during the show, you may want to write it down because it could become a quiz question. I also have a Buyer's Prize and Share Prize each week.

Can I order if I live in Australia?

Yes. Earth Treasures NZ ships to customers throughout New Zealand and Australia. Whether you're purchasing Crystal Charmed Scoops, individual crystals, carvings, statement pieces or other treasures, your order will be carefully packaged for its journey.

Afterpay is also available to eligible customers in New Zealand and Australia.

What happens if I receive a crystal I already have?

That's part of the surprise of a Crystal Charmed Scoop! Even when you receive a crystal type already in your collection, no two natural specimens are exactly alike. Colour, patterns, inclusions, shapes and formations can vary considerably.

Duplicate crystal types can also make lovely gifts, additions to displays, meditation spaces or different rooms in your home.

Is Afterpay available at Earth Treasures NZ?

Yes. Afterpay is available to eligible customers in New Zealand and Australia, allowing purchases to be divided into instalments subject to Afterpay's terms and eligibility requirements.

How does Earth Treasures NZ source its Crystals?

I carefully select natural crystals and gemstones from trusted suppliers and have developed supplier relationships through my years working with crystals.

I look for quality, natural beauty, authenticity and good value when selecting pieces for Earth Treasures NZ. Where information about a crystal's origin, treatment or material is available, I aim to describe it as accurately and transparently as possible.

What is the difference between a scoop and a mystery box?

A Crystal Charmed Scoop is an interactive surprise where charms are scooped, with each charm corresponding to a particular type of crystal treasure you will receive.

A Mystery Box is selected and assembled for you as a surprise collection rather than being determined by the charm-scoop process.

Both are fun ways to discover crystals you may not otherwise have chosen for yourself, but the experience and selection process are different.
